No. 9 Sepia is a mineral Etalon Mix pigment for permanent eyebrow makeup. The mineral pigments in Etalon Mix are color-stable, easy to implant, and specially stabilized to prevent discoloration in the skin . They heal exceptionally beautifully and fade almost completely after 1 to 1.5 years . All Etalon Mix pigments are fully miscible and REACH-tested for safe professional use in PMU.
