Are your pigments and needles suitable for beginners?

Yes, as long as proper basic PMU training has been completed and you follow safe techniques.

Recommendations for beginners:

  • Pigments (brow, mineral): Start with shades #6–#10. Mineral pigments are generally more forgiving and heal gently when applied correctly.
  • Needle modules: Use a medium taper configuration suitable for your skin type and technique to prevent trauma.

Note: Healing depends on correct pressure, speed, depth, angle, and pigment delivery. Practice on latex first and follow your training.

How do I choose the right pigments or needles?

Factors to consider:

  • Skin type and condition (sun damage, scarring, etc.)
  • Desired result and technique
  • Experience and personal preference

We help you choose through:

  • Product pages with specifications and recommended applications
  • Telegram support group for quick advice with photos
  • Trainings and workshops covering pigment theory, needle selection, and practical tips
Do your pigments comply with REACH?

Yes. All pigments are developed in compliance with REACH Annex XVII (Entry 75) restrictions for tattoo and PMU inks (effective January 4, 2022). A safety data sheet (SDS) is available for each pigment.

Do your needle modules comply with EU guidelines?

Yes. All needle modules are sterile, CE-marked, and come with a lot number for traceability. Each module has a barrier system to prevent backflow of pigment or body fluids.

Note: Needle modules are intended for professional use only and must be used according to hygiene requirements and local regulations.

Are all needle modules sterile and single-use?

Yes. Each module is individually packaged, sterile, and designed for single use only.

Which pigment types do you supply?

We offer several pigment types:

  • Mineral: Heals gently and naturally when applied correctly.
  • Hybrid (mineral + organic): Produces more intense colors with higher retention.
  • Small-dispersion: Fine particles for a refined, “second-skin” effect.
What needle types are available and how do I identify them?

Diameter: 0.25–0.35 mm

  • Thinner needles = finer detail
  • Thicker needles = broader coverage

Configurations:

  • RL (Round Liner): Clean lines; needles close together
  • RS (Round Shader): Shading/fill; needles slightly spaced
  • MG (Magnum): Rows for larger areas or pigment removal

Taper/needle point:

  • Medium taper: Medium length, sharp
  • Long taper: Longer, sharper, ideal for high-precision work
Are all needles compatible with my device?

Not all handpieces accept universal cartridges. Always check your device compatibility:

  • Universal devices: Work with universal cartridges
  • Non-universal devices: Only compatible with specific brand cartridges
How should I store PMU products?

Store products in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Keep containers sealed and out of reach of children. Follow label instructions and SDS for temperature and shelf life.

Note: Sterile seals must remain intact when working on skin. Practicing on latex with opened products is allowed according to product instructions.
