Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges except in very limited cases described below.

No Returns on Pigments

Our products include professional pigments and related supplies.
For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, pigments are non-returnable and non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • opened products
  • unopened products
  • unused products

Once a pigment has left our warehouse, it cannot be returned.

Exceptions — Damaged or Incorrect Items Only

A return or refund may be considered only if:

  • The product arrived damaged, or
  • You received an incorrect item due to our error.

These are the only situations in which we will review a return or refund request.

Reporting an Issue

If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, you must contact us:

Including

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item
  • Photos of the original packaging

Requests submitted after 7 days will not be accepted.

Review Process

All claims are reviewed individually.
If your claim is approved, we will offer one of the following solutions at our discretion:

  • A replacement product, or
  • A refund of the affected item only.

We do not refund original shipping costs, unless the issue was caused by us.

Return Shipping

If a return is approved:

  • Return shipping instructions will be provided by email
  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted
  • Items returned without prior approval will be refused

Final Sale Policy

By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • All products are sold as final sale
  • No returns or refunds are accepted outside the cases stated above
